Refunds & Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@gifarm.co.za with a description and photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind
As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment has been made. Once payment is received and an order is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
