Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Overview
At Groot Intimis Farm, we take pride in the quality of our olives and olive products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assess return and refund requests in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is:
Defective
Damaged
Expired
Not fit for its intended purpose
You may return it within 6 months of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase.
In such cases, we will, at your choice:
Repair the product (where applicable),
Replace the product, or
Refund the purchase price.
3. Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange replacement or refund once the product is returned.
4. Perishable Goods
As our products are food items:
Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, spoiled, contaminated, or incorrectly supplied.
We may request the product (or remaining portion) to assess the issue.
Products that have been consumed substantially may not qualify unless a quality defect is evident.
5. Change of Mind
We are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect quantity purchased
Personal taste preferences
However, exchanges may be considered at our discretion within [7–14 days], provided:
The product is unopened and unused
It is in original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible.
